- Abstract
- This study provides an analysis of a questionnaire that was submitted to experts on energy conservation technology development projects that were performed during the period 1992 to 2000. Ever since 1992, the Korean government has been developing energy saving technologies, and some of these projects that have resulted from this policy have turned out to be highly successful. As the tool for the assessment of the projects, questionnaire analysis was adopted, with questionnaires being sent to 1,300 energy experts who were listed in the energy expert database. The scope of the questions included the project procurement system, project decision process, pertinence of the assessment, budget management, project outcome, and project management, etc. The results of this study could be used as a frame of reference for the development of future energy technology policy.
