- Abstract
- 델파이(delphi)를 이용하여 농어촌 노인들의 건강관련 정보를 측정하고 객관적으로 진단평가하여 신속하게 운동처방서를 작성할 수 있도록 도와주는 컴퓨터 프로그램을 개발하고 직접 적용한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 운동 중 위험요소가 있는 노인을 운동에 참여하기 전에 분류하는 프로그램을 제작하였다. 둘째, 질문지를 통해 생활양식을 점검 평가하는 프로그램을 제작하였다. 셋째, 체력 및 체구성의 측정평가 프로그램을 제작하고 노인들에게 제시할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 넷째, 객관적이며 동시에 주관적인 처방서 작성을 도와주는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 다섯째, 건강관련 자료를 데이터베이스(database)화 하는 프로그램을 제작하였다. 여섯째, 농어촌 노인들의 체격 및 체력 정보 분석 결과 새로운 평가기준치를 개발할 필요성이 있다.
