- Abstract
- The hydration characteristics and microstructure of HVFA cement were investigated according to the FA replacement ratio and the correlation between the degree of hydration and pore structure was analyzed. As the FA replacement ratio increased, the degree of hydration of cement increased, but the degree of reaction of FA decreased. The gel/space ratio of the HVFA cement paste showed strong correlation with the compressive strength. As the FA replacement ratio increased, the surface fractal dimension decreased in the micro region. The surface fractal dimension in the micro region showed strong correlations with the compressive strength and gel/space ratio. © 2021 Elsevier Ltd
