- Abstract
- この研究はホロコーストという観点から日本軍の義兵と民間人虐殺を分析し、このような虐殺の結果が1910年の韓国併合に繋がることを明らかにする。まず、日本の覇権を不完全覇権と定義し、覇権の不完全性と統治不能事態が大量虐殺を誘発したことを明らかにする。次に、日本軍と義兵の戦争を非対称戦争と分類し、非対称戦争から発生した大量虐殺を多様な史料の発掘と分析を通じて分析する。この研究の目的は日本が不完全覇権を行使して非対称戦争を通して起こした大量虐殺を一つのホロコースト的事件だと見なし犠牲の含意を明らかにすることである。
