- 2016년 헌법판례로 주요 헌법재판소 결정들을 소개한다. 선정된 사건들에서는 국회의원선거 기탁금, 당원협의회 사무소 설치금지, 언론인과 사립학교 관계자에게 적용되는 「부정청탁 및 금품등 수수의 금지에 관한 법률」, 정신보건법의 강제입원제도, 수형자의 과밀수용의 위헌성, 행정상 인신구금인 징계영창에 대한 영장주의 적용여부, 성매매에 대한 형사처벌, 출퇴근 중 발생한 재해에 관한 산업재해보상보험법상의 차별, 선행 합헌결정이 있는 경우 형벌규정에 대한 위헌결정 소급효 제한의 위헌성 등이 쟁점으로 다루어졌다.
