- 이 글은 2014년에 선고된 대법원 주요 판결 중 물권법 분야에 관하여 개관한 것이다. 체납처분에 의한 공매와 유치권, 제3취득자의 물상보증인에 대한 대위권 등에 관한 전원합의체판결을 포함하여, 미등기ㆍ무허가건물, 건축물관리대장과 지적도, 소유권과 공동소유, 구분소유와 집합건물, 시효취득,명의신탁, 공동저당, 지상권, 전세권, 권리질권, 양도담보 등에 관한 다양한 판결들을 소개하면서, 필자의 의견을 포함하여 간략한 평석을 겸하고 있다.
