- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the participant roles of adolescent bullying and the bystander attribution in the physical education lcass. For this investigation, 304 female student s from middle school were surveyed. In order to analyze result, the window SPSS Statistics 21 version was used and the conclusion of this study as follows: First, the analyss iof the participant roles of bullying experimen t showed that assistants of bullies had the highest percentage flolowed by defenders of victims, outsiders, bu-l lies, and victims. Second, the analysis of the bystander attriubtion in the physical education class showed tha t the students who were included in victim attribution had the highest percentage, followed by bully attribution, and surrounding attribution. Third, the results of regression analyses of the bullying participant roles on bystander attribution showed that outsiders and defenders were the significant predictors of all three attributions (bully attribution, surrounding attributions and bully attribution).
