- Abstract
- A view of a textbook in Korean language education is classified as ‘close’ and ‘open’. ‘Close’ is used to connect ‘text oriented’. And ‘open’ is used to connect ‘goal oriented’. The existing feature of the former is explanation of teachers, passivity of students, and the existing feature of the latter is creativity, critical power of students. And, the former is considered negatively and the latter is considered positively. As a result, ‘text oriented’ is considered negatively. According to the then curriculum, the ‘text’ of ‘text oriented’ is ‘cannon(or fine work)’ But, cannon is generally positive. That makes students to be active and creative, critical. So, the connection of ‘open’, ‘close’ with ‘goal oriented’, ‘text oriented’ in a view of a textbook needs a looseness. And, we may as well study on making perfect figure of its and improving on application method.
