- Abstract
- 고려법학이 106년의 역사를 가지고 있으나 고려법학에서의 헌법학의 역사는 상당히 짧다. 1960년대 초반부터 헌법학 논문이 발표되었으나 1987년의 민주화 이전에는 그 수가 적었다. 한동섭, 구병삭, 계희열 교수가 이 시기의 주 저자들로서 정치적 성격을 가진 주제를 자유롭게 다룰 수 없었던 어려운 환경에서 헌법학의 기초를 닦았다. 1980년대 후반 이후로는 헌법학 연구가 매우 활성화되었다. 헌법원리, 기본권, 국가조직 등 여러 분야의 다양한 주제를 다루는 많은 논문이 발표되었다.
