- 2012년의 헌법판례로 주요 헌법재판소 결정들을 검토하였다. 가장 주목되는 결정은 법원의 법률에 대한 해석‧적용을 다투는 한정위헌청구의 적법성을 인정한 2012. 12. 27. 2011헌바117 결정이다. 그 외 조세감면규제법 관련 사건에서의 한정위헌결정(2012.5.31. 2009헌바123), 자기낙태죄에 대한 합헌결정(2012.8.23. 2010헌바402), 위치추적 감시제도의 소급적용에 대한 합헌결정(2012.12.27. 2010헌가82),공직선거법상 사후매수죄 규정에 대한 합헌결정(2012.12.27. 2012헌바47), 인터넷 실명제에 대한 위헌결정(2012.8.23. 2010헌마47) 등을 선정하였다.
