- Abstract
- 2011년도의 주요 헌법판례를 헌법재판소 결정을 중심으로 검토한다. 표현의 자유가 직․간접적으로 관련되는 결정이 많고, 그 중에서도 대표적인 것으로 공직선거법 제93조 제1항에 대한 한정위헌결정을 들 수 있다. 선정된 다른 사건들은 행정부작위의 위헌성, 소급입법에 의한 재산권 제한, 개인정보자기결정권의 보장, 위법한 소비자보호운동 등의 쟁점을 다루었다.
