- Abstract
- This study focuses on the cultural economics forming the vein of the circulation based on the philosophy of money deeply rooted in Latin American society originated from that of the Iberian Peninsula. The process of Latin American modernization is a succession of fallacy of political policies that could be gapping between the responsibility and uncertain political system owing to the tardy political change. With this, if Latin America could solve several problems ― such as: corruption, tax system, labor reform bill, lack of saving money, refusal of public education system, and shortage of skilled manpower ― it would be prospected as the leading part in the international situation and diplomacy by doing away with stereotypes of the fringe and peripheral third power within the framework of dependence theory in the past. Economically, Latin America has developed a stable cultural economy through supporting inflation, on targeting policy resulted in the stabilized rate of inflation. And it has led by itself to one of the most powerful reunion taking the middle course as well as encouraging the integration of each country as a leading group in economic region. Nowadays, considering the current south-south diplomatic trends that strengthen the cooperation of impoverished and developing countries, the stable level of political and international security consciousness of Latin America that makes them possible to perform major role in terms of encouraging the establishment of diplomatic relationship among new developing countries.
