- Abstract
- 시각장애인도 스크린리더기를 사용하여 인터넷을 사용할 수 있으며 시각장애인이 겪게 될 극심한 정보화격차를 해소하기 위해서는 웹사이트들이 스크린리더기의 사용이 가능하도록 개선되어야 할 필요가 있다. 이에 관련된 미국, 호주, 영국의 주요 법제와 판례들을 살펴보고 우리나라의 대응법제인 장애인차별금지법의 법령에 대한 개선점을 살펴본다.
