Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find the effect of Lumbar stabilization muscle strength when visual feedback rehabilitation program is applied for. CLBP 46 patients(male- 9, female- 37) performed exercise program divided by three groups (CE, CBE, VFE group) for 8 weeks. CENTAUR® (designed by BFMC Systems, Germany)machine for research method was used as measurement tool. The results showed that all these three groups had had pain, which is measured by VAS. Pain was decreased implementing group exercise program(p<0.05). However there was no difference among three groups (p>0.05). Any group did not show better or worse result in term of pain. In case of muscular strength, all these three groups were improved implementing group rehabilitation program. Particulary, visual feedback rehabilitation program showed the most effect for muscular strength increase. The reason would be affect by accuracy of movement performance ability, postural reorganization and postural control reinforcement Lumbar Stabilization Exercise, coordination, static postural control, postural sway.
