Abstract
The research which sees in the object the Korean dance with body composition and heart and cardiovascular disease should have affected what kind of in the serum lipids which is relation, knew the elderly woman 65 or older and the report person did. The data process method was the arm which will measure and the price used SPSS 12.0 statistical programs and bought an average and a standard deviation, group between advance former, after body composition and in the serum lipids difference examine in order average difference t-test execute do, consider level p<.05. After 12 daytime The Elderly Gymnastics using Traditional Korean dance executing from weight 59.1±9.8kg the difference does not appear with 58.5±9.1kg not to be, %fat from 29.0±6.7% decreases with 28.9±5.7%, does not show the difference which considers statistically was not. Considered with 24.9±3.2 from BMI 24.5±3.04 and decreased. FFM the difference which considers with 41.6±5.8Kg from 41.9±4.51kg did not appear. Change of in the serum lipids from Glucose 92.8±13.14㎎/㎗ decrement does but the difference which considers statistically did not appear with 89.7±12.10㎎/㎗. TG (triglyceride) 88.2±35.30㎎/㎗ shows the decrement which considers statistically from 118.±50.67㎎/㎗, from HDL-C (high density lipoprotein) 49.6±8.14㎎/㎗ shows an increase with 51.3±7.55㎎/㎗ but the possibility of seeing there was not a difference which considers statistically. TC (total cholesterol) the difference which considers with 195.8±55.81㎎/㎗ from 189.6±46.40㎎/㎗ did not appear.
