Abstract
The purpose of this study was to study the perceptions and attitudes of spectators toward cheering activities in professional baseball stadiums. For data processing, a total of 329 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and Amos 21.0 statistical programs. The main results confirmed through the analysis are as follows. First, according to the characteristics of the professional baseball spectators, there were a difference in the perception and attitude toward cheering activities. Second, it was found that the recognition factors of professional baseball cheering activities and the attitude factors of cheering activities had a negative effect on viewing satisfaction. Third, it was found that spectator satisfaction had a positive effect on the intention to revisit despite differences in the perceptions and attitudes of professional baseball spectators. In this study, professional baseball cheering activity was found to have a negative effect on spectator satisfaction, which is the result that cheering activity can play a negative role. and provides a different perspective.
