- Abstract
- 코로나바이러스감염증-19 (코로나19)는 2019년 말에 중국에서 시작되어 전세계로 전파된 대유행을 발생시켰다. 코로나19의 원인 병원체는 SARS 바이러스와 계통학적으로 유사한 신종바이러스로 밝혀 졌기에 SARS-CoV-2로 명명되었다. 코로나19의 증상은 비특이적이고, 환자뿐만 아니라 무증상 감염자에 의한 전파가 가능하기 때문에 환자의 호흡기 검체에서 바이러스를 검출하는 것이 진단에 필수적이다. 따라서 코로나19 사태 초기에는 신속하고 정확한 진 단을 통하여 감염자를 감별하고 적절한 격리 및 치료 등의 대처가 질병 확산 예방에 중요했다. 본 논문에서는 코로나19에 대해 간략 한 문헌 고찰과 함께 대한진단검사의학회가 유관 학회, 산업계, 정 부 등의 유기적인 협력을 바탕으로 정확한 분자진단검사법을 조기에 전국적으로 정착시킨 과정과 경험을 공유하고자 하였다.
