Abstract
The purpose of this study is to diagnose the current status of cultural tourism festivals exposed to the COVID-19 pandemic, and to examine the operation plans of cultural tourism festivals in the ‘With-Corona era’. After the COVID-19 pandemic, the foundation of cultural tourism festivals in Korea was shaken, and related industries can be said to be on the verge of death. However, the Culture and Tourism Festival is prospering as a self-help measure of changing the environment from contact to untact and back to on-tact. The cultural tourism festival in the era of With-Corona will be changed to a form in which untact is strengthened as safety from infection is considered as the top priority. Therefore, it is important to ask and answer questions about the festival's on-the-ground, group face-to-face, and the interaction of the enjoyment. In other words, according to the realization of the new normal, “a festival form with an on-offline mix and a balanced balance” that connects online to the existing offline festival form, that is, the development and through the establishment of infrastructure, it is necessary to promote a gradual change to a more sympathetic on-tact cultural tourism festival.
