- Abstract
- 본 연구는 2016년도 독일 연방행정법원의 업무현황과 함께 독일연방행정법원의 연례보고서에서 선별된 판례를 중심으로 주요 행정판례를 소개하였다. 선정된 판례로는 무인 전투드론 배치 공군기지 인근주민의 원고적격이나 공무원 면직처분의 합헌성, 공무원 임용연령제한, 치료목적의 대마초재배에 대한 허가, 주차금지처분의 가시성, 연방의회의원 개인정보보호, 정보공개청구와 비밀유지이익, 풍력발전시설의 장애사유에 대한 행정청의 판단여지 등이다.
