- Abstract
- 이 논문은 2021년 유엔 국제법위원회(ILC)의 제72차 회기 작업결과를 객관적으로 분석 정리하였다. ILC는 두 개의 주제 즉 "대기의 보호"와 "조약의 잠정적용"의 제2회독 초안을 채택함으로써 작업을 완료하였으며, "국가책임 관련 국가승계", "외국형사관할권으로부터 국가공무원면제", "법의 일반원칙" 주제에 관한 검토를 계속하였다. 한편 "국제법 관련 해수면 상승" 주제를 다룰 Study Group를 창설하여 첫번째 소주제인 해양법과 해수면 상승문제를 검토하였다. 이 논문은 "대기의 보호"와 "조약의 잠정적용" 제2회독 초안을 제1회독 초안과 비교하였으며 비공식 한글 번역본을 달아 후속 연구자들에게 편의를 제공하였다.
