- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 학생들의 문제행동으로 인해 수업진행과 교실운영에 어려움을 겪는 교사가 체계적인 컨설팅을 통해 학급차원의 긍정적 행동지원(이하 PBS)을 수행할 수 있도록 구조화된 PBS컨설팅 모델을 개발하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 문헌분석과 전문가 검토를 통하여 보편적(Tier1) 중재와 표적집단(Tier2) 중재를 위한 PBS컨설팅의 절차와 내용을 개발하였으며, 델파이 조사를 활용하여 PBS컨설팅의 절차에 따른 내용이 타당한가를 검증하였다. 이에 따른 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저, 보편적(Tier1) 중재를 위한 PBS의 절차는 4단계, 표적집단(Tier2) 중재를 위한 PBS의 절차는 5단계로 구성된다. 그리고 각 절차는 ‘관계형성 및 역할설정, 정보수집, 목표 및 전략 설정, 실행 및 진도점검’의 4단계 컨설팅 절차에 따라 일관되게 진행된다. 컨설팅 절차에 따른 내용은 보편적 중재는 21가지, 표적집단 중재는 29가지로 구성되며, 모두 구조화된 활동지를 중심으로 수행할 수 있도록 개발되었다.
