- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 온라인 환경에서 발견되는 특징을 고려하여 비대면 수업에 효과적으로 적용될 수 있는 협동학습의 구조를 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 형성적 연구방법을 적용하여 Kagan이 제시한 협동학습 구조의 일부를 온라인 환경에 맞추어 변용하였다. 이후, 전문가들의 피드백을 반영해 구조를 보다 정교화하고 개선하는 작업을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 교사와 학생들의 온라인 협동학습 구조 이해를 돕기 위한 시청각 자료의 개발, 테크놀로지 역량이 부족한 교사의 수업 실천을 돕기 위한 온라인 협동학습 매뉴얼 개발, 협동학습 적용의 어려움을 극복하기 위한 팀 빌딩과 사회적 기술 프로그램의 개발, 온라인 협동학습 경험을 학급 구성원들과 나누기 위한 피드백 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다는 결과가 도출되었다. 이러한 온라인 협동학습 구조에 대한 교사들의 경험과 반응을 바탕으로 온라인 협동학습 구조가 적용된 교육 현장의 운영전략을 구성요소 별로 제시하였으며, 온라인 협동학습 구조 활용 수업의 일반화를 위한 후속연구의 필요성을 제안하였다.
