- Abstract
- 본 연구는 청소년의 진로준비행동과 직접적으로 관계된 개인적 요인에 주목하여 진로성숙도와 회복탄력성의 관계에서 그릿의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 청소년의 진로성숙 과정에 대한 이해를 높이고, 궁극적으로 청소년 진로발달에 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두었다. 서울, 경기도, 전라도 지역의 인문계고등학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS WIN 25.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 회복탄력성은 그릿과 진로성숙도에 유의한 정적영향을 미쳤으며, 그릿 또한 진로성숙도에 정적영향을 미치면서, 회복탄력성과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 부분적 매개효과가 있었다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 청소년의 회복탄력성과 그릿이 진로성숙도를 향상시키는 비인지적 변인임을 확인하였다. 끝으로, 본 연구의 시사점 및 제한점을 논의하였다.
