| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 병렬 과정의 개념을 소개하고 수퍼비전 장면에서의 활용을 고찰하는 데있다. 병렬 과정은 Searles에 의해 제시된 개념으로 상담자와 내담자 간의 관계가 이후의 수퍼비전 장면에, 또는 수퍼바이저와 상담자 간의 관계가 이후의 상담 장면에서 실연되는 현상을 말한다. 병렬 과정은 수퍼비전 장면에서의 무의식적인 의사소통 과정에 대하여 수퍼바이저가 숙고하여 적절히 다룰 수 있다면 상담자로 하여금 내담자의 내적 세계에 대한 이해를 높이고 내담자의 심리적 건강과 성숙을 돕기 위한 개입에 있어서 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 병렬 과정의 개념적 발달 과정과 연구 동향을 소개하고 병렬 과정과 관련한 개념적 합의와 활용 방법, 주의점에 대하여 제안하고자 한다. | - |
