Different from preexisting modern E-learning, the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution and Post-human era with the development of smart devices created EduTech, which became a new paradigm in the industry that turned over the spectrum of learning. As a consequence of unexpected turn of educational environment due to the external factor like COVID-19, the educational environment was also faced the sudden changes to on-line which was hard to implement to an effective educational learning strategies. In the same manner, the establishment of comprehensions and methods of on-line education and learning for educators and learners seem too far off. Therefore, this paper will introduce the currently changing era, define newly made standard of future talent, and discuss the use and examples of EduTech in detail. It will also suggest the necessity of change in an educator’s capability and the role, and finally propose the need to make a transition in the method of English education.
