- Abstract
- 본 연구는 16세 미만 아동의 입원치료 시 본인부담 의료비를 전체의료비 중 20%에서 5%로 낮춘 한국의 의료정책 제도 변화를 활용해서, 환자의 의료비 본인부담 감소가 청소년 정신건강에 미치는 영향을 분석했다. 우리는 정책의 인과효과를 규명하기 위해 한국청소년건강행태조사 자료에 청소년의 만16세 생일 전후 정신건강상태를 비교하는 회귀불연속 차분 설계를 (difference-in-discontinuities) 적용했다. 본 연구에서는 낮아진 의료비 본인부담률이 청소년의 정신 건강 상태를 향상시켰다는 증거를 발견하지 못했다.
