- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 성인학습자 및 교육 제공자의 평생학습 프로그램에 대한 요구를 분석하고, 그 차이를 확인하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 평생학습에 참여한 경험이 있거나 참여 중인 성인학습자와 평생교육기관에서 근무하는 평생교육 교·강사 및 교육 담당자를 연구대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 조대연(2009)이 제안한 요구분석 절차에 따라 분석한 결과 첫째, 성인학습자의 평생학습 프로그램 요구가 높은 우선순위 프로그램은 외국어 프로그램, 4차산업혁명 프로그램, 컴퓨터 프로그램, 인문·교양 프로그램으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 교육 제공자의 평생학습 프로그램 요구가 높은 우선순위 프로그램은 4차산업혁명 프로그램, 경제·경영 프로그램, 자격증(컴퓨터) 프로그램, 가정·생활 프로그램으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 성인학습자 및 교육 제공자의 요구분석 결과 공통의 제1우선순위 프로그램으로 4차산업혁명 프로그램이 도출되었다. 본 논문은 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사회의 흐름과 교육환경을 반영한 평생학습 프로그램을 설계하는데 시사점을 제시하였다.
