- Abstract
- 본 연구는 미래 교육을 이끌 인재로서 예비교사의 존재를 주목하고,그들을 대상으로 협력적 멘토링을 적용한 교육실습 프로그램을 실행해 국어과 예비교사가 수업 실천 중 겪는 어려움과 그에 대응하는 양상을 분석하는 질적 사례연구이다. 본 프로그램의 공동 멘토는 국어교과교육학 전공 지도 교수,중학교 국어 담당 지도 교사이며,멘티는 국어교육과 4학년에 재학 중인 2명의 예비교사이다.이들은 상호평등한 관계를 지향하며 수업의 어려움에 초점을 두고 반성적 멘토링을 나누었다. 이로써 멘티들은 수업 설계·실행의 반복적 경험과 그 실천에 대한 반성을 토대로 수업의 문제를 주체적으로 인식하고 해결하는 능력을 기를 수 있었다. 코로나19라는 변수로 불확실성과 불안정성이 더 강해진 학교 현장,예비교사들은그 속에서도 ‘학생들을 위한 더 나은 수업’에 대한 고민을 성실히 해주었다.본 연구는그들의 실천과 반성에 대한 이야기이자,교육적 효과성을 갖춘 예비교사교육 프로그램의 개발을 위한 하나의 제언이다.
