- Abstract
- Post-processable CH3NH3PbX3 (MAPbX(3), X = Cl, Br, I, and their mixtures) metal halide perovskite nanocrystals (MHP NCs) for thin solid-film were synthesized by modified ligand-assisted re-precipitation method adopting MAPbX(3), N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), toluene, and oleic acid and hexylamine as MHP, good solvent, poor solvent, and co-ligands, respectively. Through simple optimization of the amount of DMF good solvent, the full colored MAPbX(3) MHP NC-solid-films were formable. The self-powered panchromatic photodetectors were fabricated by depositing the post-processable blue, green, and red colored MAPbX(3) MHP NCs on a mesoporous TiO2 film and the effective panchromatic photon harvesting were possible in a single cell.
