- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 침입절도 범죄데이터 분석을 통한 도시형 생활주택의 범죄취약요소 분석이다. 최근 도시형 생활주택의 1~2인 소규모 가구 증가와 함께 주택 관련 침입범죄도 증가 추세이다. 아파트에 비해 다세대·다가구·원룸 등 도시형 생활주택은 범죄 발생에 취약한 환경이고 범죄불안감도 높은 것이 현실이다. 따라서 도시형 생활주택의 건축적 특징과 침입절도범의 행태 특성 등 선행연구 조사를 통해 절도범의 범행결정에 미치는 환경속성(Criteria)과 환경단서(Cue)를 정의하였다. 실제 침입절도 범죄데이터를 기반으로 20개 항목별로 범죄취약요소를 분석하였으며 환경속성(Criteria)과 환경단서(Cue)의 관련성도 확인할 수 있었다. 도출된 환경적 요소를 기반으로 도시형 생활주택을 계획하는 데 있어서 고려해야 할 범죄예방환경설계(CPTED) 요소를 제시하였다.
