- Abstract
- 본 연구는 4대 중증질환 보장성 강화정책 중 2013년 정책 효과를 확인하고자 한다. 분석 자료는 한국의료패널 2012년과 2014년 자료를 이용하였고 분석방법은 성향점수매칭을 결합한 이중차이분석을 이용하였다. 분석의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 2013년 정책 시행 후 비급여진료비는 수혜집단에게서 유의한 증가가 있었다. 또 건강보험부담금과 본인부담금은 유의하지 않았지만 2013년 정책 시행 후 수혜집단에서 증가를 보였다. 이에 2013년 4대 중증질환 보장성 강화정책은 효과가 없는 것으로 확인되었다.
