- Abstract
- 이 글은 탈산업화 과정에서 이인소득자 모델로의 전환을 위한 정책을 탐색한다. 이 탐구를 위해 탈산업화 과정에서의 노동시장 이중화에 관한 논의들에 주목한다. 이인소득자 모델로의 전환에서, 서비스 경제로의 여성의 통합방식과 이에 대한 사회정책적 개입 방식이 중요하다고 보고, 이러한 기준에 따라 두 유럽국가인 독일과 스웨덴을 비교한다. 스웨덴이 탈산업화로 인한 노동시장 변화에 대응했던 방식에서 이인소득자 모델로의 전환을 위한 유효한 정책들이 규명된다. 이는 이인소득자 모델로의 전환을 위한 정책들은 보다 보편주의적일 수록 유효하다는 것을 말한다. 결론적으로 이인소득자 모델로의 전환에서 노동시장에서의 내부자성 강화와 보편적 사회투자가 중요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 주장한다.
