- Abstract
- 이 연구는 가상 학습 환경 중 하나인 블랙보드 플랫폼의 교육효과에 대하여 알아보고자 한다. 심리적 주인의식 이론을 바탕으로 교수와 블랙보드간의 심리적 관계가 교수의 블랙보드 서비스에 대한 만족도, 교수 효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 살펴보았다. 또한 교수의 블랙보드에 대한 심리적 주인의식을 형성하는데 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 세 가지 선행변수 (블랙보드에 대한 개인의 투자, 통제성, 친숙함)를 살펴보았다. 블랙보드 플랫폼을 활용하여 수업을 한 경험이 있는 현직교수 283명의 데이터를 바탕으로 구조방정식 모델 분석을 AMOS18을 통해서 수행하였다. 관련 이론적 또는 실무적 시사점에 대하여 기술하였다.
