- Abstract
- 이더리움(Etherium)은 이른바 ‘스마트 계약(Smart Contract)’이라는 이름으로 블록체인 기술(Blockchain technology)을 이용하여 체결 뿐 아니라 이행까지도 고도로 자동화된 계약의 개념을 제시한 바 있다. 이 글은 이와 같은 스마트 계약의 개념과 특징을 살펴보면서, 블록체인 기술이 계약법적으로 적용되는 경우 어떠한 법적 쟁점이 있는지에 관하여 살피고 있다.
