- Abstract
- 본 연구는 최근 범죄예방 환경설계(CPTED)인증을 받은 단지와 비인증단지의 인증효과 및 차이를 확인하기 위해 설문조사를 진행하였다. 설문조사는 인증단지3곳, 비인증단지3곳의 주민을 대상으로 범죄피해경험(최근 3년이내), 단지내 공간에서 범죄의 두려움에 대하여 묻고 통계분석을 진행하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 인증단지는 비인증단지 보다 범죄 두려움을 낮게 느끼고 방범만족도는 더 높은 것으로 드러났다. 특히 국외 범죄예방효과와 국내 인증단지의 효과에 차이가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
