- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석을 이용하여 신생아 돌봄 교육 프로그램이 부모의 양육 자신감과 지식, 자기 효능감에 미치는 효과를 산출하는 것이다. 문헌검색과정에서 국내 데이터베이스인 국회도서관, KERIS, KISS, 국내 간호·의료 학회지가 사용되었고 그 중 2016년까지의 11개의 연구로 메타분석을 실시하여 융복합적인 결론을 제시하였다. 신생아 돌봄 교육 프로그램에 대한 양육 자신감의 전체 효과는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었지만 하위그룹 분석에서 1회 이상의 중재 시 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 보였고, 지식과 자기 효능감에 대한 전체 효과는 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 신생아 돌봄 교육 프로그램의 이해에 대한 도움을 주고 교육 수행 시 효과에 대한 근거자료가 될 수 있을 것이며 관련 변수를 측정한 연구를 반복 시도하여 추후 연구에서 일반화를 도모해야 할 것이다.
