- Abstract
- UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, 드론)는 재난재해, 유통, 물류 등 다양한 분야로의 활용가치가 증대되고 있으나, 관 련 법규의 미비, 사생활 침해 등이 산업성장의 저해요소로 지적되고 있다. 이에 앞으로 전개될 UAV의 융합서비스에 대해 규제 프레임워크를 기반으로 규제방향성을 제시하였다. 기술관점에서는 아키텍쳐 설계에 대한 규제, 시장관점에 서는 제한된 영역에서의 서비스 병행운영, 법적으로는 입법 예고된 영상정보보호법 하의 사전규제보다는 사후평가 중 심, 사회규범 관점에서는 사회적 공감대 형성을 위한 노력을 통해 UAV기반 융합서비스 조기 정착에 기여할 것으로 생각한다.
