Abstract
This study aims to identify the effect of attractiveness of physical education teachers on students' intrinsic motivation and fun experienced during physical education classes, based on the theoretical evidence that the attractiveness of PE teachers affects students' intrinsic motivation and that it affects the fun of physical education lessons. The measurement tool used in this study are attractiveness scale, intrinsic motivation and fun in physical education classes. This study used data processing of the Spss 18.0 and Amos 18.0. First, a correlation analysis was performed to find out the relationship between the variables measured. Second, multiple regression analysis was performed to investigate the influence of attractiveness of physical education teachers on intrinsic motivation and physical education fun. According to analysis results, first, attractiveness of physical education teachers had a statistically positive impact on students' intrinsic motivation in physical education classes. Second, attractiveness of physical education teachers had a statistically significant impact on students' fun experienced during classes. Finally, the intrinsic motivation of students in physical education classes showed a statistically significant effect on the fun experienced during classes. In conclusion, attractiveness of teachers affects a positive influence on students' intrinsic motivation and satisfaction of classes, Intrinsic motivation also showed a positive impact on satisfaction of classes. © 2017 International Information Institute.
