- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 젠더레짐 모델의 관점에서 독일 양육휴가정책의 변화의 성격을 밝히는 것이다. 이 연구를 수행하기 위해 유럽 복지국가의 사회정책의 기반이 된 남성생계부양자 모델과 이인소득자 모델에 관한 이론적 개념들로부터 이론적 분석요소와 분석틀이 도출된다. 이를 토대로 중요한 양육휴가정책의 변화와 결과의 성격이 남성 생계부양자 모델을 유지하는지 혹은 이인소득자 모델을 지향하는지를 분석한다. 정책 성격의 평가 기준은 양육휴가정책의 변화와 결과가 첫째 순차적인 혹은 동시적인 일과 가족의 양립을 이루는지 둘째 전통적인 성별분업을 유지하는지 혹은 성별분업의 변화를 초래하는지에 있다.
