- Abstract
- 본 연구는 KLPGA의 사회공헌활동과 조직동일시 및 조직몰입에 대하여 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상자는 프로스포츠 단체 중 하나인 한국여자프로골프협회의 선수들을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 위하여 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 22.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 확인적 요인분석 및 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, KLPGA의 사회공헌활동은 조직동일시에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직동일시는 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, KLPGA의 사회공헌활동은 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, KLPGA의 사회공헌활동과 조직몰입의 관계에서 조직동일시는 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.
