운동부 지도자의 스포츠과학 지원에 대한 인식과 정책적 함의

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to investigate sport instructors’ awareness on the sport science support and its actual conditions. For data collection, a total of 92 sport instructors employed in elementary·middle·high schools, college, and national team were selected as research subjects. They were invited to the survey and the data were analysed using frequency analysis method. The results show that, in general, sport instructors had significant awareness on the sport science support. In regard to the necessity of sport science support, most of them agreed with the need. In addition, the subjects thought that the sport science had significant effect on their athletes’ athletic improvement. Lastly, they highlighted the importance of science support in physical strength improvement, technical analysis, and mental reinforcement.
