- Abstract
- 매몰형 정맥포트는 악성종양 환자에서 반복적, 간헐적 항암치료를 위해 널리 사용된다. 이 논문에서 저자들은 매몰형 정맥포트와 관련된 다양한 합병증을 소개하고 이를 예방 및 치료하기 위한 방법들을 정리하고자 한다. 시술자가 합병증이 발생하는 기전을 숙지하여 이를 예방하기 위한 주의 깊은 시술을 하며 만약 합병증이 발생했을 때 바로 적절한 치료를 하는 것은 환자의 안전과 시술에 대한 만족도를 높이는 데 중요하다.
