- Abstract
- 본 연구는 최근에 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 22개 STR 마커를 이용하여 혈연관계의 식별을 위해 활용될 수 있는 정량적 판정기준 개발을 목적으로 혈연관계에 있는 실제 한국인 가계 자료(735쌍의한 부모-자식 쌍, 444쌍의 형제관계 쌍, 696쌍의 삼촌-조카 쌍, 343쌍의 사촌관계 쌍)를 이용하여 통계 분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 혈연관계 판정을 위한 평가기준으로 우도비(likelihood ratio)의 절단값(cut-off value)과 최대값을 제시하였다.
