Abstract
This study presents the first report of Exobasidium gracile in South Korea. In 2012, a Camellia sasanqua tree with typical Exobasidium disease symptoms was observed for the first time in South Korea. The causal fungus was determined as E.gracile. The identification was based on host range, symptomatology, morphology and two-gene sequence analyses.
