- Abstract
- 본 연구는 한국과 중국의 동일한 제조업 20개 업종을 대상으로 2012년 산업별 자료를 사용하여 투입물거리함수접근법으로 업종별 CO2의 암묵가격, 기술효율성, 잠재적 감축량 등을 측정하고 이를 토대로 양국 업종 간 CO2 감축잠재량, 탄소배출권 거래의 비용절감효과 등을 비교 분석하였다. 한국의 20개 제조업 부문 기술효율성은 평균 0.71로 나타났는데, 이는 29%의 생산비용 절감효과가 가능함을 시사한다. 아울러 제조업 업종별 한계저감비용은 평균적으로 CO2 1톤 당 6.46달러로 추산되었다. 반면 중국의 20개 제조업 부문 기술효율성은 평균 0.94로 분석되었고, 중국 제조업 업종별 한계저감비용은 평균 CO2 1톤 당 1.41달러, 각 산업별 CO2 배출량으로 가중 평균한 한계저감비용은 CO2 1톤 당 6.57달러로 추정되었다.
