Abstract
Mycobacterium bovis W-1171 was isolated from a wild boar living in a free-ranging field in Gyeonggido, South Korea. The whole-genome sequence of this strain was determined in 50 contigs, which was 4,304,865 bp with a 65.57% G+C content. In total 3,945 protein-coding genes were predicted from this assembly. © 2015 Kim et al.
