- Abstract
- 대퇴골 전자하부 골절의 수술적 치료는 골수내 정 고정술이 주로 사용되는데 굴곡, 외전, 외회전 변형된 근위 골편을 정복하지 못하고 골수정을 삽입하여 부정유합이 빈번하게 발생하며 이러한 기술적 어려움을 극복하고자 관혈적 정복을 시도하는 경우에는 불유합및 감염의 빈도가 높아 경피적으로 근위 골편을 정복한 후 골수정으로 고정하는 것이 중요하다.
