Abstract
We have investigated the proton-irradiation effects on the electrical resistivity and magnetoresistance of highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG). The temperature- and magnetic field-dependent measurements indicate that the carrier mobility rather than the carrier density dictates the charge transport in the HOPG systems. (C) 2014 Elsevier Ltd.
