- Abstract
- 이 연구는 이주가정의 삶의 흐름을 따라가는 종단적인 방법을 사용하여 ‘탈영토화’와 ‘재영토화’ 개념을 바탕으로 미등록 이주노동자 가정이 어떻게 삶을 기획하고 실천해 나가는지를 살펴보았다. 장기 종단연구를 전제로 수행되는 이 연구에서는 첫 단계인 3년간에 걸친 현장 연구를 바탕으로 이주노동자 가정의 한국에서의 정착 혹은 귀환 과정을 자녀양육과 교육문제를 중심으로 분석하였다. 구체적으로 입국, 정착, 혹은 귀환의 과정 속에서 자녀교육과 관련하여 한국사회의 이주노동자 가정이 처하게 되는 문제적 상황은 무엇이고, 이에 어떻게 대응하는지를 이들이 처한 사회경제적 조건과 삶의 태도를 중심으로 가족탄력성에 초점을 맞추어 분석하였다. 이 과정에서 이주노동자 가정의 탈영토화 및 재영토화 전략이 어떻게 기획되고 실천되며, 이러한 전략이 자녀양육과 교육문제와 연관하여 어떻게 삶의 기획과 선택으로 연결되는지를 분석하였다.
