- Abstract
- 본 논문은 최근 휴대전화 사용 급증에 따라 계속 이슈가 되고 있는 스팸 문자 및 스미싱(Smishing)과 관련해서금융기관에서 고객들에게 발송되는 SMS(Short Message Service)문자의 진위여부를 저비용, 고효율 측면에서효율적으로 식별할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 본 논문에서는 스팸문자를 차단하기 위한 기존의 노력 및 대책에 대한 문제점 및 한계를 언급하고 그 한계를 효과적으로 극복할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 또한 제시된 개선방법에 대해 다양한 계층의 고객들에 대한 설문조사와 직접 구현 및 적용을 통해 그 효과성을 증명하려고 한다.
